Gary (10 Day Full Fast)

Meet Gary, he came to join us at Atsumi in April and completed a 10 Day Full Fast program. Gary then went on to train at the Rawai Muay Thai Camp and during his stay in Phuket , he lost a total of 20KG and 21cm off his waist. Go Gary! He then went on to make us all very proud by completing a Triathalon here in Phuket before returning to Australia. Gary will soon be competing in the Iron Man contest in his home country.

“In 2006, I was 110KG with more than 30% body fat, I was Fat, Tired and Depressed, I lived on a diet of fried chicken, coke, pizza, mcdonalds and fried rice. I flew to Phuket in September 2008 and completed 7 day full fast, I lost 1 KG per day but more importantly developed a strong distate for processed and packaged foods, stopped drinking coke and alcohol and found a new motivation to exercise and change my life for the better.

I joined a local Muay thai camp and continued eating healthy and exercising vigorously, one year on, I returned to Atsumi and completed a 4 day full fast this time weighing in at 80KG. I went on to fight in my first muay thai fight in Decemebr 2009, I feel fit and strong both physically and mentally, Thank you Atsumi for giving me the motivation to change my life!”

I visited Atsumi in May 2010 for the prime reason of losing weight and was very successful- 6Kgs over 6 ˝ days, full fast. I was surprised how easy the day to day detox/colema program was to follow and found the days interesting and full.

The morning and evening activities kept me busy and I was able to “TRY” some holistic (from the activities list) services.

I found all the staff is very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist and make me stay a successful + happy one. Many participating were repeat customers and I will be certainly return myself sometime in the future.
