We Have Three Levels of Fasting and Detoxing Programs
Level One is the most powerful Level Three is the least powerful

Level One: The Arise and Shine Full Fast Program

This is our most powerful cleanse and brings about the greatest benefits and deepest level of detoxification.

Level Two: The Arise & Shine Full Fast with Juice
The Arise and Shine Full fast with juice includes everything that the full fast includes, with the addition of two bottles of fresh organic fruit or vegetable juices. This is a milder detox than our Arise and Shine full fast program.

Level Three: The Pre-Fast or Raw Food Program
The Raw Fast is intended for those who are pre-fasting, post-fasting, or simply wanting a milder healthy cleanse and kick-start to a new lifestyle. This program includes all of the benefits of the full fast program (except the Chomper, Nutrition & Spirulina as it is provided in the food) along with 2 bottles of fresh raw fruit and/or vegetable juice, 2 green salads and 1 fruit salad every day.

Fasting and detoxing are not to be taken lightly. To ensure a healthy, safe and effective fast, we strongly recommend that you prepare your body by pre-fasting. Instructions for a pre-fast can be found in our Fasting & Detox Handbook, which we will email you when you make a booking. Not pre-fasting can result in detoxing too quickly which can overwhelm the elimination organs, causing discomfort, unpleasant side effects and difficult withdrawal symptoms. If you are unable to pre-fast correctly, you have the option of pre-fasting at Atsumi before beginning your Full Fast or you can select the Full Fast with Juice option as an alternative to the potency and strength of the Full Fast.

Returning Fasters: If you have fasted with Atsumi Healing in the past, we offer you a 20% reduction in the price of your current fasting & detox program.

Atsumi Garden Villa : Situated in the center of Atsumi Healing. Two Room Villas, Large Bedroom, Lounge/Kitchen, timber deck with tropical garden views, 1 x King Size Bed, H&C water, Air Conditioned, Cable TV/DVD, WiFi. 
     
Atsumi Yellow House : Nicely furnished, large, comfortable poolside studio rooms, located 200 meters from the center of Atsumi Healing. Double or twin beds, air conditioned, cable TV/DVD, WiFi.     

Bamboo House : Nicely furnished, large, comfortable studio rooms, located 150 meters from the center of Atsumi Healing. Bedroom/living area, hot and cold water,queen bed, air conditioned, cable, TV/DVD.

Buddha House (Suite) :  Smaller room located 150 meters from the center of Atsumi Healing. Shared Bathroom, Shared Living Area, Air Conditioning.

Buddha House (Single Room) : Small budget room with single bed, located 100 meters from the center of Atsumi Healing. Shared bathroom, shared living area, air conditioned.

Facilities : Swimming Pool, Steam Sauna, Gym, Yoga Sala

• When you arrive in Phuket the full balance is payable before you start your program. We are sorry but because of the nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds.
