We Have Three Levels of Fasting and Detoxing Programs.
Level One is the most powerful Level Three is the least powerful.

Level One: The Arise & Shine Full Fast
Level Two: The Arise & Shine Full Fast Plus Juice
Level Three: The Raw Fast

Level One: The Arise & Shine Full Fast
This is our strongest and most thorough fasting & detoxing program. During this program (as we do not take in any sugar in the form of juices) there is a good chance to remove all Candida from our system over a 7-10 day period. Participants must first Pre Fast at home (see page 10 of the Fasting & Detox Handbook) by “Raw Fasting” for 4 to 10 days to prepare themselves for the Arise & Shine Full Fast.

If you are not concerned about Candida, then slightly less potent and sometimes easier than the Full Fast, this is our most popular program.

Level Three: The Raw Fast
The Raw Fast is intended for those who are Pre Fasting - Post Fasting or simply wanting a milder Healthy Cleanout and kick-start to a new lifestyle.

Fasting & Detoxing are not to be taken lightly. To ensure a healthy, safe and effective process of fasting and detoxing we strongly recommend that you correctly pre-fast. Descriptions for pre-fasting are found on page 10 of the Fasting & Detox Handbook. Not pre-fasting can result in detoxing too quickly which can overwhelm the elimination organs resulting in discomfort, unpleasant side effects and difficult with-drawl symptoms. With this in mind, we offer at Atsumi Healing, Pre Fast/Raw Fasts. For those too busy to pre-fast correctly, you have the option of coming here for a pre-fast before beginning your Full Fast or simply selecting a Raw Fast or Full Fast with the Juice option as an alternative to the potency and strength of the Full Fast.

Returning Fasters: If you have fasted with Atsumi Healing in the past, we offer you a 20% reduction in the price of your current fasting & detox program.

Life Rebuild: Add this option if you are seeking to make significant changes in your life.

This Program Includes: One hour session of any personal development program or therapy (except Rebirthing) on alternate days. (Please see, Atsumi additional services.) Rebirthing sessions are at an additional cost of 2,000B.

Baan Laang (Air Conditioned):

Nicely furnished, large, comfortable studio rooms, located 200 meters from the center of Atsumi Healing. Bedroom/living area, H&C water, Queen Bed, Air Conditioned, Cable TV/DVD.

Buddha House (Suite):

Smaller group of three rooms room located 150 meters from the center of Atsumi Healing. Shared Bathroom, Shared Living Area, Air Conditioned.

Buddha House (Fan):

Smaller room located 150 meters from the center of Atsumi Healing. Shared Bathroom, Shared Living Area, Floor Fan.

Cancellation, Taxation and Availability

All prices subject to change without notice

All Rates include 7% VAT & 1% provincial tax.
Complimentary return airport transfers for stays of 7+ nights.

Program and Accommodation Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are confirmed after receipt of 20% deposit.
Deposit non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations 30+ days prior to arrival.

Once your deposit has been paid through Thai ePay or PayPal, we will confirm your booking. When you arrive in Phuket the full balance is payable before you start your program. We are sorry but because of the nature of our services, we are unable to offer you a refund of your deposit or your fees once they have been paid.

Once you are here we take Visa, Mastercard and Bartercard. Sorry we do not take American Express.
