HERMIT YOGA

Hermit Yoga incorporates traditional Thai Hermit (Russi) postures together with Indian classical asanas. The approach is simple, yet active, with a strong emphasis placed on Vipasana (insight) meditation practices.

GUIDED MEDITATION

An easy way to start your meditation practice. You will be guided throughout the class, by using imagination, visualisation, body scans, affirmation and relaxation. Healing, calmness and relaxation are the purpose.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra  means  'Yogic Sleep'. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake.

SINGING BOWL MEDITATION

During a session, Niti will perform crystal-bowl singing meditation which accompany you with pleasant tone into deep trance, where you let go of your worries and be one with your peaceful essence, where you can reflect your outer self from within. Different crystal sounds have different properties as each wave length corresponds to a different chakra. Each crystal bowl then has different strengths and healing abilities, The session will stimulate your chakras and most importantly you will  learn more about your inner self.
