Atsumi now offers classes on a variety of yoga styles, designed to accommodate all experience levels. Each class is taught by experienced and certified yoga instructors in our beautiful Yoga Sala, set within the retreat's garden sanctuary. Whether you are already a seasoned yogi/yogini, or taking your first steps into yogic practice, our goal is to help you foster a deeper mind and body connection, and a lasting sense of peace and Oneness with your inner and outer worlds.

Vinyasa / Flow
The linking of breath with movement from pose to pose.
The practice of physical yoga postures.
Incorporates traditional Thai Hermit (Russi) postures together with Indian classical asanas.
Release stress and tension for ultimate relaxation.
Work with the energy that flows through our body in every position.
Ashtanga Yoga (primary series)
A specialised sequencing of postures and focused breathing techniques.
Building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility.
Each posture is held up to 5 minutes which allows connective tissue to realign. A relaxing and meditative class.

Suitable for all levels. An hour workout which combines basic thai boxing techniques with pad work and drills. A great overall body work out that's excellent fun.
