  • Psyllium seed, commonly used as a dietary fiber relieves the symptoms of diarrhea and constipation. It also helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

  • Rosemary, alike milk thistle it helps with the liver which reduces gastrointestinal spasms and cramps. Tea infusions of rosemary are good to treat ulcers.
