  • Milk Thistle, this flowering herb is essential to use not only for IBS but health in general. It primarily helps the liver and stimulates bile production which can relieve constipation, milk thistle intake helps with gastroenteritis and illnesses that are related to IBS.

  • Psyllium seed, commonly used as a dietary fiber relieves the symptoms of diarrhea and constipation. It also helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

  • Rosemary, alike milk thistle it helps with the liver which reduces gastrointestinal spasms and cramps. Tea infusions of rosemary are good to treat ulcers.

Like these herbs, there are plenty more you can implement in your diet to detox your organism and improve not only IBS symptoms but your health in general. However, with the combination of these 5 herbs, you will improve IBS condition.
